Terms and Conditions
1. Cancellation or changes to bookings are required 48 hours prior to the day of arrival with no charge. Any cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of arrival - One night’s accommodation fee will be charged. Early departure whilst in-house - One night’s accommodation fee will be charged. No Show - One night’s accommodation fee will be charged.
2. All times shown as local Hotel times. The guest will need to provide a current valid credit card on arrival to the hotel. The Hotel Reception will require processing a pre-authorisation on this card per Hotel policy and procedures. This pre-authorisation will be held by the hotel until such time as settlement by the same card occurs and/or per the card holders’ financial institution policy. Park Street Serviced Apartments accepts Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express, Diners Card and JCB Card.
3. The guest will be required to provide photo identification and/or a cash deposit at check in.
4. Hotel check in time is from 14.00pm. Hotel check out time is prior to 10.00am.
5. Rates as per Studio are per room, per night-maximum of two people per room. Rates as per One Bedroom Apartment are per room, per night for two people. Maximum of 2 guests can be accommodated.
6. Rates as per Two Bedroom Apartment are per room, per night for 2 people. Maximum of four people per room.
7. Rates as per the Family Two Bedroom Apartment are per room, per night for 2 people. Maximum of five people per room. An additional fee of $20.00 per person is required.
8. Child Policy: Infant 0 - 2 years inclusive, Child 3 - 11 years inclusive, Adult 12 years and above.
9. Please note extra charges do apply for additional guests for all of our packages, please contact the hotel direct for the additional costs. A maximum of one rollaway bed can be accommodated in a Two Bedroom Apartment only. Cot requests for infants are provided at additional fee of $11.00 per night and must be booking in advance
10. All additional bedding must be booked prior to arrival. Additional bedding is limited.
11. Park Street Serviced Apartments reserves the right to relocate any booking to a hotel of same standard. All bookings are subject to availability.
12. You must be at least 18 years of age to book hotels on this website.
13. Park Street Serviced Apartments does not accept liability for any errors or omissions on this website. Park Street Serviced Apartments makes every effort to ensure all information is accurate, however cannot guarantee that the site is free from errors or faults. Park Street Serviced Apartments reserves the right to amend information listed on this site at any time.
14. Guests agree that all information given for the booking is true and correct. Credit card details must be the same as the booker. Bookings may be rejected by Park Street Serviced Apartments at any time if this information fails to meet this term and condition.
15. Park Street Serviced Apartments has a "No Entertaining - party" policy. There are to be no more people in the apartment at any time other than the specified number of guests in your reservation. Anyone found in breech of this policy will be asked to leave with no refund.
16. Payment is required in full on arrival and a security bond will be taken. Extensions to bookings can be made once payment has been received if guest is currently on site
